1. App data and private sync

Gear details, photos and cutouts, trip destinations and coordinates you choose, dates, packing lists, templates, expenses, and preferences are stored on your device. Pro can sync your gear, trips, lists, templates and associated photos using Apple's CloudKit private database in your iCloud account. This data is not uploaded to a developer-operated app database. We do not have access to your private CloudKit records. Preferences may remain device-specific. We do not run advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs in the app, track you across other apps, or sell your data.

2. Photos, maps, calendar and exports

Photos you select or take are used for your gear records. Background removal uses Apple's Vision framework on the device. Map display, place search and reverse geocoding use Apple services; search text and selected coordinates may be sent to Apple to fulfill your request. Trailkit does not continuously track your device location. Calendar sync requests full calendar permission to create and update the trip events you choose; your calendar provider may sync those events under its own settings. CSV export shares selected app data with the destination you choose.

3. Purchases and support

Apple processes subscription payments. Trailkit reads verified StoreKit transactions to enable Pro and caches entitlement status locally. We do not receive your payment card details. If you email support, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to send, solely to handle your request. Optional support correspondence is not required to use the app.

4. Retention, deletion and choices

App records remain until you delete them. Deletions can sync across your devices when iCloud sync is active. Deleting the app removes its local data but may not remove iCloud data, device backups, calendar events or files you exported. Manage iCloud storage and permissions in Apple settings, and delete exported files or calendar events from their respective apps. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence we hold. We cannot access or erase your private iCloud records for you.

5. Website, service providers and security

This website is delivered through Cloudflare and a hosting server. These providers process connection information such as IP addresses, request details and security signals to deliver and protect the pages, potentially in other countries. The site does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Origin access logging is disabled; limited security and error information may still be processed by infrastructure providers. Email support uses our email provider. We use HTTPS for the site and rely on Apple's platform protections for app storage and private sync. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children and changes

Trailkit is a general-purpose equipment planner and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If a child sent personal information to support, contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy when app behavior or legal requirements change, with a new effective date on this page. Apple services are also governed by Apple's privacy policy; website delivery is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Trailkit 由武易（YI WU）提供。装备资料、照片、抠图、行程地点与手动选择的坐标、清单、模板及费用等首先保存在设备上。Pro 可通过你个人 iCloud 账户的 CloudKit 私有数据库同步相关资料和照片。我们没有运营接收这些 App 资料的业务数据库，也无法读取你的私有 iCloud 记录。部分偏好设置仅保存在当前设备。

照片抠图由 Apple Vision 在本机完成。地图、地点搜索与地理编码通过 Apple 服务提供，相关搜索词及坐标可能发送给 Apple；App 不持续跟踪设备位置。用户主动同步行程时，App 申请日历完整访问权限，用于创建及更新选定行程的事件；日历服务商可按你的设置同步这些事件。CSV 导出发送到你自行选择的位置。

订阅及永久买断付款由 Apple 处理，App 使用已验证的交易和本地权益缓存启用 Pro，我们不会获得银行卡资料。主动发邮件联系客服时，你的邮箱、邮件内容及自愿提交的附件将用于处理请求。我们不在 App 中使用广告或第三方行为分析 SDK，不跨 App 跟踪，也不出售个人资料。

资料保留至你主动删除。开启 iCloud 同步时，删除操作可同步到其他设备。卸载 App 不一定会删除 iCloud 资料、系统备份、日历事件或已导出的文件，也不会取消订阅。请在对应 App 或系统设置中管理这些内容。客服邮件仅在解决请求及满足适用义务所需期间保留；如需访问、更正或删除我们持有的客服资料，请联系公开客服邮箱。我们不能代你读取或删除私有 iCloud 资料。

网站由 Cloudflare 和托管服务器提供，服务商会处理 IP 地址、请求资料及安全信号以提供和保护网页，处理地点可能位于其他国家。网站不包含广告或分析追踪器，源站访问日志已关闭，但基础设施仍可能处理有限的安全与错误信息。客服通信通过邮件服务提供商处理。网站使用 HTTPS，App 存储和同步使用 Apple 平台保护机制；任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。

本产品是通用装备管理工具，不主动向儿童索取个人信息。如儿童向客服发送了个人信息，可联系我们要求删除。本政策随产品或适用要求变更而更新，并在本页标注生效日期。
